OK--so the wall paper is down in the stairway, and it is painted. Hmm...not quite the color we were expecting. In some lights it seems to pull pink. We are reserving judgement until the rest of the downstairs is done. Part of the color challenge for us is that the house faces South, so to maximize the light we do get, we have to go with lighter colors than we typically favor. This is called Antique Peach...the dining room (adjacent will be Mesa Peach--a shade darker, and the living room and kitchen--on either side of the dining room will be a shade darker than that.) Hopefully we end up with the terra cotta palette we were going for. It is a victorian house, but a victorian house full of males...pink will not do!
