4 Weeks Old

At one month, Nicholas is beginning to coo and smile. Will and Jack are really enjoying this! He loves playing with them. (Gabe continues to show little interest in his new brother.) Nicholas is sleeping at least 6 hours each night, though sometimes this begins at 9, so we are still up around 3 a.m. We love the nights that he begins his sleep at 11, because we can often snooze right on through to 6 a.m. when his brothers get up for school anyway. I think poor Baby Nick has a touch of reflux, so we are using a lot of simethicone drops. This will definitely be a topic of discussion at his one month check-up on Friday.
Will and Jack are great helps, especially when we have a sitter. I came home from class Monday night to this sight!
